Application Checklist and Process

This page is intended to give you instructions on the application process for a digital application or a physical application where you would turn it into our office. See the below process and checklist.

Online Digital Applicants please follow these instructions:

For digital applicants, you must complete the following uploads listed below:
1)  Please click here to fill out the online application for the property that you want. You will be able to make your $75.00 application fee payment at the end of the process.
2)  Go to the Digital Uploads Page and upload the following forms: 2 Months of Bank Statements, 1 Month of Paystubs, Proof of Residency (Current Landlord’s Contact Info), Photo ID or Driver’s License, and Addendum to Application.

For Walk-In Applicants, you must complete the following:
1)  Download this PDF rental application and fill it out to be returned to our office.
2) Download this Addendum to Application
3) Bring in a Cashier’s Check or Money Order made out to Xtreme Realty
4) The front page must be signed and dated by all applicants; signatures/initials are needed at the bottom of ALL pages
5) Application must be completed with all requested information

Acceptable proofs of income are:
– 1 month or more of current paycheck stubs
– 2 months current bank statements
– If starting a new position: offer letter on company letterhead
– If relocating with same company: transfer letter or 2 months of paycheck stubs

Proof of Residency:
– Contact information for your current landlord is needed.

Copy of photo identification or driver’s license:

  To Apply for a Rental Property Online, click on THIS APPLICATION LINK then click on the property you are applying for and submit fee and application on line

Application Fee: $75.00 per applicant is at the end of the process.

Or if your are a WALK-IN APPLICANT certified funds only: cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to Xtreme Realty

If the above information is not provided at the time application is submitted, it will slow down the application process which typically takes 24-48 business hours.
